Apply for a reservation by clicking the link below. (We will respond by email to your application request within two business days. We do not respond to requests on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays)

When you make your request, tell us in the "Notes" field if you want to reserve the room for a full day. Otherwise, your reservation will be for a seven hour block of time.

When your reservation is accepted, pay a $25 non-refundable deposit to hold the meeting room. (The deposit will be subracted from your rental fee when you pay for the meeting room.)

Provide a credit card number or a check to secure a $100 refundable security deposit for the meeting room. This deposit will not be charged or cashed unless the renter causes damage to the building or fails to honor the rental contract. Renters paying cash for the room must pay this deposit in cash, too. Cash deposits will be refunded the week after the rental date.
