Refund and Shipping Policies
Processing and Fulfillment
Our team works diligently to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Under normal circumstances, orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods and may take up to 10 business days.
Note: Shipping policies and practices may be subject to change based on factors such as carrier availability, regulations, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to communicate any such changes or disruptions to our members and donors.
Refund Policies:
The Zoo Society provides full or partial refunds and accepts returns for 30 days after an item is purchased. Once 30 days have passed, the Zoo Society does not offer full refunds or accept exchanges.
Shipping:
The Zoo Society offers shipping to all states in the United States. We do not accept international orders and do not ship internationally.
